We currently accept orders for delivery to India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, France, Germany, Singapore, Australia, Austria, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Finland, and Denmark. Delivery availability, payment methods, and estimated delivery windows are shown before you place an order and may differ by destination. Shipping is free on every order.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order-confirmation email or dispatch notice, subject to payment authorization, stock availability, destination restrictions, and applicable law. If DZIR cancels an order before dispatch because we cannot fulfil it—for example, because of a legal, customs, payment, or carrier restriction—we issue a full refund. For a customer-requested cancellation approved before dispatch, the 4% processing fee in our Refund Policy applies.
Mandatory consumer, privacy, product-safety, cancellation, and unfair-contract laws in your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, this includes applicable protections in the EEA, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and the United States. For orders shipped outside India, the price displayed at checkout is all-inclusive. DZIR handles applicable import duties, customs fees, local taxes, clearance charges, delivery charges, and other applicable fees, so customers do not pay these amounts separately.
