Return & refund policy

Here is how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop with Dzir. If anything is unclear, our team is happy to help.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order by contacting our customer team before it is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Misconduct & account restrictions

Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behaviour may result in your account being suspended or banned without prior notice. We may cancel orders where we detect policy abuse, and we are not obligated to provide individual notification in those cases.

Customers involved in serious misuse may be recorded internally and restricted from placing future orders on Dzir.

Returns & exchanges (chocolate products)

Because of the nature of our chocolate products, we generally follow a no return or exchange policy once an order is accepted in good condition.

We do support exchanges when an item arrives damaged in transit. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@dzir.net or call +91 88847 08232, with your order details and photos if applicable. Do not send goods back to the manufacturer without our instruction.

Approved exchanges or replacements are typically completed within 2–3 business days after we confirm the case.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If something arrives damaged, does not match what you ordered on our website, or is short compared to your invoice, please email clear photos of the outer packaging and the products received, within 72 hours of delivery.

Share your order / receipt number so we can resolve the case faster. Where a return is required, we will arrange reverse pickup after we validate your request.

Refunds for cancelled orders

When a cancellation is approved before dispatch, we initiate a refund to your original payment method. Banks usually credit the amount within 7–10 business days; some institutions may take longer to show the transaction on your statement.

Return inspection & refund approval

For approved returns (for example damaged goods we have asked you to send back), we inspect the shipment after it reaches us. You will receive an email confirming receipt and whether your refund is approved.

If approved, a full refund for the eligible items is processed within approximately 7–10 business days.

Refund status & bank delays

If you do not see your refund yet, first check the account you paid from, then ask your bank or card issuer—processing windows vary by provider.

If the expected time has passed and the amount is still missing, write to info@dzir.net or call +91 88847 08232 with your order ID so we can trace the payment with our finance partners.
