After you place an order, our team processes it within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays where applicable). You will receive updates by email as your order moves from confirmed to packed and shipped.
We work with trusted logistics partners. Where available, you can choose options such as standard and express shipping at checkout. Available methods and prices depend on your pin code and order weight.
Estimated delivery may vary by location and the service you select. The most accurate view is the tracking link provided after dispatch, which reflects the carrier's live status.
Shipping is calculated from weight and destination, and is included in your order total before you pay. You will always see the exact shipping amount on the checkout page—no hidden fees added after payment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (or link). Use it on the carrier's website or app to follow your parcel until delivery.
